We also inspect rooftop HVAC curbs and penetrations, since equipment mounts are a common overlooked source of flat roof leaks.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Every Flat Roof Repair technician carries current Alma, KS licensing for commercial roofing work.
Local Alma dispatch minimizes business disruption with scheduling around your operating hours.
Written Flat Roof Repair estimates cover membrane type, repair scope, and labor upfront.
Hot-air welders and seam probes come standard for TPO and EPDM Flat Roof Repair work.
Here's what falls under our Alma Flat Roof Repair service for commercial and low-slope roofs.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
Modified bitumen blisters and seam issues are repaired using proper torch-down or cold-adhesive technique depending on the situation.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of Alma flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Alma commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
Repairs are completed using membrane-appropriate technique, then tested before we consider the job done.
